Intermediate Governmental Accounting This class will include: GAAP, fund accounting, capital assets, basis of accounting, budgetary accounting, and financial reporting. It includes the conversion of fund financial statements to government-wide financial statements and fund balance designations. This class assumes individuals have an understanding of basic governmental accounting or limited accounting training. The classes are held from 8:30-4:30, registration at 8:00am.

Each session below costs $50 per person and includes training materials and lunch. Please register on the MnGFOA website at www.mngfoa.org. The Education Committee blocked a limited number of rooms at each site with discounted rates. Book early as they are first come, first served. The rooms will only be held until a week or two prior to the training event. Ask for the rates under MnGFOA, governmental rates.
