Tom LaForce is the founder of LaForce Teamwork Services, an employee performance improvement company focused on developing stronger leaders and better teamwork. Prior to starting his own business, Tom held positions in service delivery, quality, operations and marketing at a national computer services company. Tom earned a degree in Psychology at St. John’s University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
