Bill will discuss how his School District is using social media to engage constituents, build brand loyalty, and receive important feedback that informs both planning and operations. He will discuss his experience using Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Snapchat – providing specific examples of do’s, don’ts and lessons learned. The presentation will also cover social media administration, management and policy development.
