Bond Issue Pricing - New Rules
Recently the Treasury and IRS updated rulemaking that changes the way the issue price of a bond is set. These new rules go into effect June 7. Issuers need to be well aware of how their approach to a transaction and the documents used by underwriters and counsel will change.

Brian has been a Municipal Advisor in Ehlers’ Roseville office since 2003, assisting issuers across the Midwest design and implement customized financial solutions. Brian has experience with numerous credit structures and securities. He is active with Ehlers’ clients undertaking negotiated transactions for complex revenue obligations, including multi-jurisdictional agencies and healthcare organizations. Brian is currently the head of Ehlers’ local government advisory services team in the Roseville office, overseeing a team of 15 advisors and specialists.
