Bio:
Lynn Dederich is a leading expert in electronic payments, merchant card processing, and mobile payment applications. She has worked in the electronic payments industry for U.S. Bank / Elavon for over 13 years, specializing in consultation and service. Lynn works exclusively with public sector clients, and has done so for the past 11 years. She has worked with countless public entities to help them:
· enhance payment acceptance/collection processes
· understand and minimize transaction fees
· implement integrated, more secure payment technologies such as EMV, point-to-point encryption,
and tokenization
· understand the card association rules regarding
convenience / service fees (fees that are passed to the payer / cardholder), and how to apply them where applicable
Prior to her tenure at U.S. Bank / Elavon, Lynn worked in industrial equipment marketing / sales. Lynn possesses degrees in international business and marketing from Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI.
