Terry Kraser Bio

Terry Kraser has been involved with investing public funds, cash flow analysis and executing investment plans since 1990.  She currently leads Springsted Investment Advisors where she advises clients on the investment of operating funds and bond proceeds, cash management, policy development, and competitive selection of investments and portfolio managers.  Prior to joining Springsted Investment Advisors, Terry was the President/Owner of Dominion Capital Group, Inc., a public sector investment advisory firm.  Ms. Kraser also served as Vice President for Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated in Denver, Colorado.
